Diversity Statement
The Gospels, Catholic doctrine and the United States Constitution state that we are all created equal. Ursuline Campus Schools (UCS), faithful to the mission of the Ursuline Sisters, welcomes and celebrates the uniqueness that each student and faculty member brings to its campus. UCS is a learning community dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment of respect, acceptance, understanding and inclusion that maximizes each person's abilities and creates a climate for diversity to flourish.

Diversity includes but is not limited to, differences in race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, gender, learning styles and physical abilities of faculty, students and staff.

UCS values diversity. By encouraging differences in ideas, backgrounds and experiences, UCS enhances the quality of its learning environment. The diversity experience prepares students for responsible global citizenship.

Diversity begins with leadership. Strategic and systematic planning and review are essential to achieving this cornerstone. Support with UCS parents, students, faculty, staff, alumni and board members is quintessential.
