Sacred Heart Model School wins Acorn League field hockey championship

LOUISVILLE, KY (October 2008) - The Sacred Heart Model School Level 7 and 8 girls field hockey team beat Holy Trinity 2-1 to win the Middle School Acorn League Championship on October 18. The team finished the season 10-0-2. The city-wide Acorn League is comprised of public, private and Catholic schools. The team is coached by Dana Craig and Stacey Rice.

Sacred Heart Model School (SHMS),
a member of Ursuline Campus Schools, sponsored by the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville, is a K-8 co-ed school.
