The Louisville Youth Choir is comprised of over 75 singers from more than 30 schools and home schools in the Louisville area. The Louisville Youth Choir was established in 1967 to create a passion for singing for young people. Its musical repertoire includes many styles and cultures, including major classics and modern works, often performed with soloists and orchestras. The Louisville Youth Choir is artists in residence at Ursuline School for the Performing Arts, a member of Ursuline Campus Schools.

The Thoroughbred Chorus was founded in 1945 and has won the Barbershop Harmony Society’s international competition seven years. This is the first time the 62-year-old chorus has awarded a grant to a performing arts organization.
