LOUISVILLE, KY (May 2008) - Sacred Heart Academy social studies teacher Brent Wilson has been selected to participate in the 2008 Korean Studies Workshop for American Educators in South Korea, June 25 through July 9.
The fully-funded workshop is designed to enhance mutual understanding between the citizens of Korea and the United States. Participants attend lectures on the culture, politics, economy and history of Korea. Workshop participants also tour cultural and industrial sights and meet with local high school and college students.
Wilson is one of 100 U.S. educators attending the workshop that is sponsored by the Korea Foundation.
