Three Sacred Heart Academy students selected for All-State Chorus
LOUISVILLE, KY (December 2006) -
Sacred Heart Academy students Claire Garst, Delaney Hess and Meg Redmond have been selected as members of the 2006-07 Kentucky Music Educators All-State Chorus. Students in grades 10-12 from 12 districts representing the commonwealth of Kentucky compete for spots on the All-State Chorus and are rated on a variety of skills, including pitch, rhythm, voice, quality, and ability to stay on part when singing alone. The All-State Chorus will perform on February 9 at 8:15 p.m. at the Kentucky Center for the Arts during the Kentucky Music Educators Association’s annual conference.

Sacred Heart Academy (SHA), founded in 1877 by the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville, is a member of Ursuline Campus Schools, and is a college preparatory secondary school for girls.
